Built or Bought Campervan Meet
We are excited to bring to you Willow Fields Built or Bought camper van meet April 2025!
The 2 day event will start on Friday 25th of April and end on Sunday 27th April.
The bar and outdoor kitchen open at 4pm on Friday, with happy hour in the bar 4pm to 5pm £3 a pint (beer, lager or cider). Karaoke will follow at 7pm.
We have a real treat for you on the Saturday, a large outdoor screen to watch your very own YouTube
videos! Simply send us a link to your favourite video you own via direct message, whatsapp or email. We
will put it in a voting pole on facebook and the most popular videos will be played on the big screen in
front of all your friends and family! Videos need to be your own work and entered into our competition by
1st April. The winning videos will need to be brought to the event on a memory stick or external hard drive
using a high quality file type to be played via our laptop.
Saturday also brings a free tabletop sale of anything campervan related, tables will be provided.
We have a live band playing on Saturday night outside with the communal firepits lit to keep your toes
warm. Day guests are welcome at the tabletop sale and to watch the videos and the band for free.
Extra nights camping are available both before and after the event. Simply book our “Open camping pitch”

Dogs are welcome and free, we politely ask that they stay on their lead and under control and please clean up after your dog. Awnings are also free. Extra cars are free but will need to be parked in the car park off the field.
Places are given on a first come first served basis. Spaces can’t be saved, if guests would like to be pitched together they would need to arrive together, alternatively you can wait in the car park to enter the field together.
The field can be wet in April so please bring your vehicle’s towing eye, just in case. Fire pits are allowed on site but must be at least 12 inches off the ground to avoid damaging the grass, even in April. We have fire pits available to hire and fire wood available to buy.
Don’t forget your stickers for our sticker wall! And don’t forget to take one of ours to show you’ve been.
